Wilmer Drake was born in Westerville, Ohio on April 14, 1951. He read passages from J.R.R. Tolkien's "The Lord of the Rings" as a young man, and subsequently enrolled at Capital University in Columbus, Ohio to pursue his Masters in Women's Studies. Later, after moving to Oslo, Norway, he drank large quantities of Coca Cola with director, Sam Raimi, during an extremely formative period. During this time, he was left by his girlfriend. After Yule, 2002 he read Nietzsche's "Thus Spoke Zarathustra", and finally settled in Cologne, Germany, where he continues to write and record. ![]()
